The Business Challenge

The challenge was to improve communication structures, approval structures, and departmental structures as well as integration with an existing billing structure and system.  Critical factors to the project’s success were speed of information retrieval, access permissions and security, as well as usability.

Seqwaterbase, as it was named, was developed to manage water entitlements, water trading, the meter reading process, client records, and billing.  The development process inherently saw Argonyx Studios quickly acquiring a thorough understanding of water management in order to provide a system that meets the specified requirements and that the business challenge of eliminating multiple manual spreadsheets was resolved.
