If you are not 100% satisfied with your web design within the first 30 days either of service activation for hosting or 30 days after web design completion, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and any costs incurred by Argonyx Studios on your behalf. For Web Hosting, setup fees are only refundable if the account order is cancelled prior to activation. This policy does not apply to such services as Domain Registration and SSL certificates. No refunds are available after 30 days. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable allowing sufficient time for mail to travel via post. Phone requests and e-mail from addresses not on our records will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. All refunds will be paid either via cheque or credit card reversal and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

Graphic Design Guarantee

All of our Graphic Design Services carry a Graphic Design Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our graphic design we will work with you for FREE until you are. This applies to new graphic designs only and is not available with templates of any kind. If your graphic design specification changes you will be charged as if it were a separate job. This offer is valid only with graphic design jobs of $1000 or more.

FREE Web Design Upgrades

This service applies to the core Content Management System of your web design. While you are hosted with Argonyx Studios your Web Design's Content Management System will receive upgrades where possible after they become available.

Traffic To Your Web Design In Days, Not Months

This is dependent upon the industry and identifiable niche for marketing your web design using pay per click and search engine optimisation techniques for your web design. Costs vary depending on competition for a market niche.

Results From Your Web Design Guarantee

This guarantee is based on information provided to you that once implemented will increase your traffic to your web design. All of our packaged web designs excluding the web design starter package carry a "Results From Your Web Design" Guarantee. If you do not increase the traffic to your web design, you will receive a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and any costs incurred by Argonyx Studios on your behalf. It is a condition of the guarantee that a client agrees to give 100% of their effort over a 12 month period. It is conditional upon consistently applying the principles in the way that they are intended. For Web Hosting setup fees are only refundable if the account order is cancelled prior to activation. We will also pay your hosting for a full year up to a value of $200. You will KEEP all the resources in relation to search engine optimisation we have given you. If the guarantee wishes to be redeemed, the client agrees to test and measure further suggestions and strategies given by Argonyx Studios to help increase web design traffic. The client also agrees that should they not increase their traffic in the 12 month period a consultant will be assigned to help them increase their traffic. If these recommendations still do not work, Argonyx Studios agrees to give the refund. This guarantee will not take effect without statistical evidence. This guarantee does not assert a page 1 ranking on any search engine (such as Google) as the factors affecting search engine ranking vary. Further, search engines are autonomous organisations and have the right to rank as they choose. No refunds are available before a trial period of 12 months from project completion. This is to ensure that search engines and other web traffic generation methods have enough time to register your web design. FREE .com Domain Registration

When this offer is in effect, it is available only to new domains registered for a new web design package as a once-only registration. If an existing domain is used for a web design package, this offer is not available. It is not a domain in addition to an existing one.

Domain registration is for 1 year for a .com or 2 years for a .com.au – no other domain options are available unless specified by Argonyx Studios.
