30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

All of our packaged website services carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our services within the first 30 days either of service activation for hosting or 30 days after completion, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and any costs incurred by Argonyx Studios on your behalf. For Hosting setup fees are only refundable if the account order is cancelled prior to activation.

This policy does not apply to such services as Domain Registration and SSL certificates.
No refunds are available after 30 days. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable allowing sufficient time for mail to travel via post. Phone requests and e-mail from addresses not on our records will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Argonyx Studios that are in violation of our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. Examples include accounts that are cancelled due to customer practising spamming or sites consisting of illegal content; no refunds are issued.

All refunds will be paid either via cheque or credit card reversal and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

Design Guarantee

All of our Design Services carry a Design Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our design we will work with you for FREE until you are. This applies to new designs only and is not available with templates of any kind. If your design specification changes you will be charged as if it were a separate job. This offer is valid only with design jobs of $1000 or more.

FREE Upgrades

This service applies to your core Content Management System. While you are hosted with Argonyx Studios your Content Management System will receive upgrades after they become available.

Results From Your Website Guarantee

This guarantee is based on information provided to you that once implemented will increase your website traffic.

All of our packaged websites carry a "Results From Your Website" Guarantee. If you do not increase the traffic to your website, you will receive a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and any costs incurred by Argonyx Studios on your behalf.  It is a condition of the guarantee that a client agrees to give 100% of their effort over a 12 month period.  It is conditional upon consistently applying the principles in the way that they are intended.  For Hosting setup fees are only refundable if the account order is cancelled prior to activation.  We will also write you a letter of apology and pay your hosting for a full year up to a value of $200.  You will KEEP all the resources in relation to search engine optimisation we have given you.

If the guarantee wishes to be redeemed, the client agrees to test and measure further suggestions and strategies given by Argonyx Studios to help increase traffic.  The client also agrees that should they not increase their traffic in the 12 month period a consultant will be assigned to help them increase their traffic.  If these recommendations still do not work, Argonyx Studios agrees to give the refund.  This guarantee will not take effect without statistical evidence.

This guarantee does not assert a page 1 ranking on any search engine (such as Google) as the factors affecting search engine ranking vary.  Further, Search engines are autonomous organisations and have the right to rank as they choose.

FREE .com Domain Registration

When this offer is in effect, it is only available to new domains registered for a website package.  If an existing domain is used for a website package, this offer is not available.  It is not a domain in addition to an existing one.
